Shipping CoverageWe deliver across all postal addresses in India.Please provide a complete and accurate postal address with the correct PIN code/ZIP code to avoid delays.Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in non-delivery or delayed shipments, for which Charmsvilla will not be responsible.
2. Delivery TimelineOrders are usually dispatched within 1–4 business days of confirmation.Standard delivery timelines are 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.Delivery time may vary based on your PIN code/area, and some PIN codes may take longer than usual.Please note that timelines mentioned are indicative and approximate. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, festivals, natural calamities, etc.).
3. Shipments to Colleges/Schools/Hostels/OfficesDeliveries to such addresses are accepted at the customer’s risk.If a warden/office authority refuses to accept the parcel or it is returned for any reason, Charmsvilla will not issue any refund or replacement.
4. Incorrect / Incomplete AddressSome courier companies charge penalties if the address and PIN code do not match. In such cases, the customer will bear the additional charges.If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, customers will be required to pay re-shipping charges for resending the order.If the package is lost or misplaced due to incorrect/incomplete address details, Charmsvilla will not be responsible and no refund will be provided.
5. Special Delivery RequestsIf you require delivery on a specific date (e.g., for gifting), please mention it in the “Order Notes/Gift Message Box” while placing the order.While we try our best to fulfill such requests, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges (Shipping-related)No refund, return, replacement, or exchange will be entertained for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details on eligible cases.
