EligibilityReturns are accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.Customers must provide a clear reason for the return.In case of a defective or broken item, a photo of the product must be shared for verification.Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Initiating a ReturnTo initiate a return, contact us at support@charmsvilla.com or via WhatsApp within 48 hours.Please include your order number, reason for return, and product photo (if defective/damaged).
3. Return ShippingCustomers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
4. Refunds Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as Charmsvilla store credit only.Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.---Exchanges1.
